In Ordo Templi Orientis, leadership is service. At the local body level, the official leader is the bodymaster. This person is the initiate who is chartered by the United States Grand Lodge of O.T.O. to operate a local body. Typically, this person will also select others to assist as body officers (e.g. treasurer, secretary, etc.).
